Where can I set it up?
You just need to go to Inbox > Notification and select the option that is most suitable to your needs.
How does it work?
Once you are in the Notification section, you can see that our system will notify you by sending messages to the email address that is used to sign up for your Shopify account.
You can optionally receive notifications for:
- New incoming message.
- Chat dialog after closing a conversation.
And that's not it, you can also send a notification email to your customer if they haven't read your messages within 5 minutes or send a confirmation email after the conversation has been closed.
How does it affect my monthly quota?
