  • Pre-sale discounts for Loyal/VIP customers: Send your Loyals/VIPs codes that they can use to purchase from a brand-new collection.

  • Abandoned checkouts/carts: Send a discount code to them may help convert casual visitors into paying customers

  • Engage & segment leads: Send a discount to buyers who haven't come back or buy anything recently, encouraging them to purchase.

  • Welcome new subscribers: Give new subscribers a discount code as soon as they join your email list

To apply your discount code to campaigns in Flowio, you can follow these steps below:

Create discount code in Shopify Dashboard:

Flowio haven’t supported you create a discount code yet, so you need to create one from Shopify Dashboard:

  • Go to Shopify > Discounts > Create discount > Discount code

  • Enter discount details and save changes

Use the code in Email:

To add the Coupon component into your email, follow these steps:

  • You can click on 'Add component' button on the left-side menu or the '+' button to open the Components board

  • Click on the Coupon component to add it to your email.

  • At the left sidebar, enter the discount code created in Shopify

  • After you insert the Discount code, you can edit its design to match your email's style and branding.

*Note: With SMS, just simply copy and paste the code/link into the content (You could use an Automatic discount, to shorten message length)
