For Shopify merchants: since our apps are using Shopify Payment Gateway for charges, we have to follow all of their Policies, therefore please read more here for more details. In case you're having any issues with your charging/payment procedure, please contact the Shopify support team as soon as possible. Also, kindly notify us by our live chat or our email.
Merchants from other platforms: All transaction will be proceeded via Paypal Gateway
In some cases when you have to uninstall and reinstall the app, just follow all the steps in How to get the Flowio app, and all your data will be synced back.
UPGRADE / DOWNGRADE
When upgrading to higher plan, you will experience many advanced features + more monthly quota - which designed to assist you with scaling up your business when upgrading to higher plan. Your billing cycle of 30 days will start over on the date you decide to upgrade.
On the other hand, downgrading to a lower plan will frozen your access to the advanced features, as well as your monthly quota on the higher plan. And if you've used up the quota on your current plan and want to downgrade, it can not happen immediately as you'd have to wait for the billing cycle to start over to downgrade.

How much do I have to pay when upgrading to higher plan?
When you upgrade the emails and impression volume by moving from current package to a larger package, the charge is prorated based on the difference in price and the number of days remaining in the billing cycle.
For example, you begin a 30-day billing cycle on a $35.00 Basic plan (40,000 emails/month and 25,000 impressions/month), and then upgrade to a $60.00 plan (55,000 emails/month and 40,000 impressions/month) on day 15th of the billing cycle.
You would be charged $35.00 + ($60.00 - $35.00) * (15/30) = $47.50 USD. When the billing cycle is renewed, the cost of the new package will be $60.00 as normal.

EXTRA MONTHLY QUOTA
In case you want to get extra emails and impressions than your monthly limit, you can check this article for references. Apart from that, if you want to send unlimited emails and increase your on-site reach per month, please contact us at support@flowio.app.
Here is how it works:
‘Charge now’ does not change your billing cycle. The billing cycle is not extended or shortened.
When you approve the usage charge, you will be billed $1.5 for an extra of 1,000 emails, or $1.5 for an extra of 1,500 impressions
The charge will be recurring when your email credits go down to 10 emails. Please note that we cannot charge you more than $500 per a 30-day billing cycle.
The charge will be included in your monthly Shopify / Paypal bills.
The extra emails will not expire at the end of your billing cycle.
SMS CREDITS TOP-UP
For Shopify merchants, the top-up process will be proceeded via Shopify Payment Gateway. For merchants from other platforms, all transaction will be proceeded via Paypal Payment Gateway
Here's how it works:
SMS credits are NOT refundable & only applied to send SMS messages.
Minimum top-up is $10 per transaction, you can refill your balance any time.
SMS credits do not expire at the end of the billing cycle, the remaining amount rolls over to the next month.
In case you decide to reinstall the app, your balance of SMS credits still remains the same.
